Average Cost of Foundation Repair

Hello;

I'm Travis Nech and I am an inspector in the Foundation Repair market of Dallas, Texas. I have been doing this for about 10 years. In our industry, we offer both Brick repair and Foundation Repair.

After being in the foundatin repair business for a few years, I have come to know a thing or two about the average cost of foundation repair. I can't tell you how to save money but I can tell you that there really is no average foundation repair cost.

There are companies who make their living by inflating the price they charge per pier. They do it and the public loves them for it. That's because they use the over charges they make to advertise heavily. I guess the statement, "you get what you pay for" is true. There are other companies who under cut the cost per pier so much that it's a wonder they can even pay for the fuel to get there, while a few companies hold to what might be an average. Let's call these companies the Average Foundation Repair Companies because the amount you will pay one of these companies falls in the middle of the first two extremes.

An Average Foundation Repair Company offers the same result as the more expensive guy's; however, they rarely will under preform the more expensive companies. Now if your looking for a deal, there you have it.  That advice is free and may even be the best in town.

Another sure thing is the value of cheaper piers. You can be certain that the least expensive piers you buy won't actually be warranted when you need it.  Foundation Repair is a business full of tricksters, and creeps. If you find one still in business a year later, you have really done something. In fact, about 40 new companies are operating in DFW this year. Not much you might say but now consider if you were doing business with one of these companies, would you be so concerned with the average cost of the needed foundation repairs for your home? Likely not, that's because you want the best. You also want the security of a Lifetime Warranty too. One that truly is there for the life of your home and not the company.

Consider Metro Leveling and our warranty. It is Rock solid. A warranty trust is held at the Bank of America to guarantee that should we go out of business for any reason, your warranty is safe.
